These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Member", "Player", or "You") and Winbox9 (hereinafter "Winbox9", "the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"), governing your access to and use of the Winbox9 platform, including the website located at https://winbox9.cam, all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, "the Platform" or "the Service").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, You unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with Winbox9's Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies referenced herein. If You do not accept these Terms, You must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

Winbox9 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered member account created by a User on the Platform to access Winbox9's gaming and wagering services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held within a Member's Account at any given time, inclusive of deposited funds and credited bonus amounts where applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free wager, cashback, or non-cash incentive offered by Winbox9 to registered Members, subject to applicable wagering requirements and terms.
• "Deposit" means the act of transferring real money from a Member's verified payment method into their Winbox9 Account Balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process Winbox9 applies to all Members prior to processing withdrawal requests or at its sole discretion.
• "Platform" means the totality of Winbox9's digital infrastructure, including the website, mobile interfaces, gaming systems, betting markets, and support channels.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked in eligible games before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of real money from a Member's Winbox9 Account Balance to their verified payment method, subject to completed KYC and applicable processing timelines.

3.1 General Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Winbox9 Platform, You must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age;
2. You possess the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement;
3. You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
4. You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order issued by Winbox9 or any associated gambling operator;
5. You are registering as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only — corporate registrations or accounts operated on behalf of third parties are strictly prohibited;
6. You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by Winbox9 for any reason related to fraudulent conduct, abuse of promotions, or breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered Account on the Winbox9 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual — whether through identical or varied personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.3 Jurisdictional Responsibility

Players accessing Winbox9 from Malaysia acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Malaysia is governed primarily by the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 and the Betting Act 1953. Winbox9 does not represent itself as being licensed or regulated by any Malaysian government authority. Each player bears sole and personal responsibility for determining the legality of online gaming activity within their applicable jurisdiction prior to registration.

4.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an Account, You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to: your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and contact number. The provision of false or misleading registration information constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Winbox9 strongly recommends the use of a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication where available. You must notify Winbox9's support team immediately via live chat if You suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Winbox9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Member at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued national identification card (MyKad), passport, proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill), and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until satisfactory KYC documentation has been reviewed and approved by Winbox9's compliance team.

4.4 Account Accuracy

You agree to keep your Account information up to date. Name changes, address updates, and contact detail amendments must be submitted to the support team with supporting documentation. Winbox9 is not liable for any losses arising from outdated account information provided by the Member.

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is made available strictly for personal entertainment and recreational wagering. You agree to use the Platform solely in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. Any commercial exploitation of the Platform's content, tools, or data without Winbox9's prior written consent is expressly prohibited.

5.2 Technical Access

Winbox9 grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any component of the Platform. Winbox9 reserves the right to withdraw access to the Platform at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Platform Availability

Winbox9 endeavours to maintain consistent Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond Winbox9's reasonable control may temporarily affect Platform availability. Winbox9 will not be liable for any losses directly attributable to Platform unavailability.

6.1 Deposit Methods

Winbox9 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX online banking, internet banking transfers from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect, Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards, and cryptocurrency payments including BTC, USDT, and USDC. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction, unless stated otherwise in applicable promotion terms. Winbox9 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply transaction charges at their discretion.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Winbox9 targets a processing time of under five (5) minutes for e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and typically within the same business hour for bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect. Winbox9 does not guarantee specific withdrawal timelines, as processing may be affected by third-party payment networks, compliance review requirements, or technical maintenance periods.

6.4 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. Winbox9 reserves the right to impose maximum daily withdrawal limits based on a Member's VIP tier and account standing. Higher VIP tiers benefit from increased daily withdrawal limits as detailed in the VIP Programme Terms.

6.5 Funds Ownership

All funds deposited into a Winbox9 Account must be the Member's own legally-acquired money. Winbox9 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies and will report any suspicious financial activity to applicable authorities in accordance with international AML compliance standards.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional credits, free wagers, and incentives offered by Winbox9 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are stated at the point of offer. Where these specific terms conflict with any provision of these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus amounts are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., "35x" means the bonus amount must be staked thirty-five times in eligible games). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live dealer games, e-sports, and certain jackpot slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.

7.3 Bonus Eligibility

Each promotional offer is available to eligible Members one time only unless explicitly stated as a recurring promotion. Winbox9 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a Member qualifies for any given promotion. Members found to be creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly will have all associated accounts permanently suspended and all bonus-derived winnings forfeited.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the time period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Upon expiry, any remaining bonus balance and any winnings generated solely from bonus play may be voided at Winbox9's discretion.

8.1 Sportsbook Wagers

All sports bets placed on the Winbox9 platform, including wagers on EPL fixtures, Liga Super Malaysia matches, UFC events, and other sporting markets, are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. In the event of any ambiguity, Winbox9's interpretation of applicable betting rules shall be final and binding.

8.2 Live Betting

Live betting odds are updated in real-time and may change significantly between the time a wager is initiated and when it is confirmed by the system. Winbox9 is not obligated to honour bets placed at odds that result from a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing mistake. Winbox9 reserves the right to void any bet placed at a clearly erroneous odds value.

8.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games, slot titles, and live dealer products available on Winbox9 use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Winbox9 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for any individual session.

8.4 Bet Cancellation

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn by the Member. Winbox9 may cancel a bet on its own initiative only in circumstances involving technical errors, duplicate bet placements, or violations of these Terms.

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the Winbox9 Platform:

• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software that artificially generates wagers or interacts with the Platform without human input;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or misconfigurations in the Platform to obtain an unfair advantage, regardless of whether such exploitation was intentional;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering designed to manipulate sporting event outcomes or game results;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service to mask your true geographic location or access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using the Platform in connection with money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, systematic low-risk arbitrage betting for the purpose of extracting bonus value, or any pattern of play designed to exploit promotional terms;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Winbox9 staff, support agents, or other Members in any communication channel;
• Sharing Account credentials with or allowing access to your Account by any third party.

Winbox9 reserves the right to void bets, forfeit balances, and permanently close any Account found to have engaged in any of the above prohibited activities.

All content published on the Winbox9 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of Winbox9 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

No portion of the Platform's content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, adapted, or otherwise exploited in any form or by any means without Winbox9's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of any Platform content constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may expose You to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Winbox9 and its directors, officers, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits as a result of technical failure or Platform unavailability;
• Any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain secure credentials;
• Errors in sports data feeds, live odds, or score reporting used in connection with live betting markets;
• Losses attributable to your reliance on information published on the Platform, including betting tips, odds analysis, or game guides;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment network providers, including Malaysian banking institutions or e-wallet operators.

Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damage, Winbox9's liability shall be limited to the minimum extent permissible under such law.

12.1 Termination by Member

You may request the closure of your Winbox9 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within three (3) business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to completed KYC and applicable withdrawal terms.

12.2 Suspension or Closure by Winbox9

Winbox9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct;
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Providing false or misleading registration information;
• Discovery of underage registration;
• Receipt of a chargebacks or disputed transactions from a Member's payment provider;
• In compliance with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account closure — whether initiated by the Member or by Winbox9 — all licences granted under these Terms are immediately revoked. Winbox9 reserves the right to retain transaction records and personal data for compliance, legal, and anti-fraud purposes in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Winbox9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes the wellbeing of its Members seriously. The Platform offers a suite of self-regulation tools available to all registered Members, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the Winbox9 Platform or these Terms, You are encouraged to first contact Winbox9's support team via live chat to seek an informal resolution. Winbox9 will endeavour to address all disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Winbox9's licensing jurisdiction. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action or representative proceeding.

14.3 Language

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English-language version and any translation or localised version of these Terms, the English-language version shall prevail.

Winbox9 reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be notified to registered Members via a notice posted on the Platform, or where practicable, via email notification to the address registered to your Account.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised each time these Terms are materially changed. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If You do not agree with any amendment, You must cease all use of the Platform and request Account closure.
